This Refund Policy applies only where you have purchased an optional educational item from us, such as a downloadable guide or an enrolment in an informational programme. If you have not made a purchase, this policy will not affect you.

- The material differs materially from its description at the time of purchase.
- You request a refund within the timeframe set out in section 5 and the conditions are met.
Refund requests are considered fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
4. Digital and downloadable materials
For digital items that are delivered immediately, your right to change your mind may be limited once download or access has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Where this applies, we will make it clear at the point of purchase and ask for your acknowledgement. This does not affect refunds owed where an item is faulty or not as described.
5. Timeframes
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, refund requests should generally be made within 14 days of purchase. Requests made outside this window may still be considered where there is a fault with the material or another valid reason.

7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made using the original payment method where possible. Once approved, we aim to process refunds promptly; the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. We will keep you informed of the status of your request.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where a material has been substantially used or where a request is made without a valid reason after the applicable timeframe, except where the law provides otherwise. We will always explain our decision and the reasons for it.
9. Your consumer rights
